Lifetime Stone Tightening
If a diamond or gemstone ever feels loose, bring it in. We'll tighten it at no charge to help keep your jewellery secure.
Small Stone Coverage (Under 2mm)
Accent stones under 2mm are covered for one year from pickup or delivery.
Coverage applies to stones originally set by CEJ and excludes accidental damage or misuse.
CEJ Diamond Upgrade Program
As your story evolves, your diamond can too.
Receive 100% of your original diamond purchase value toward a larger or higher-quality diamond when upgrading to a stone worth at least double the original purchase price.
Applies to:
- IGI or GIA-certified natural diamonds
- IGI or GIA-certified lab-grown diamonds
- CEJ engagement ring purchases
- Original diamonds in good condition

- Complimentary appraisals on purchases over $1,500
- Free appraisal updates every three years
Paid appraisal services are also available for client-owned jewellery.
Client Design Archive
We securely retain detailed records of your jewellery, including:
- Ring size
- Diamond and gemstone specifications
- CAD renderings
- Metal type and finish
These records allow us to accurately service, resize, repair, or recreate your jewellery for years to come.
