Can you quote for a lost item?
We can often prepare a replacement quotation using available appraisals, grading reports, photographs, receipts, and other records.
Do you need to inspect the jewellery?
Not always. Some claims can be reviewed remotely when sufficient documentation is available. Damaged jewellery may require an in-person inspection.
Can you recreate custom jewellery?
We can assess recreation options using photographs, appraisals, CAD drawings, certificates, and other available records. What's possible will depend on the information and materials available.
Can you work directly with the policyholder?
Yes, following authorization or direction from the insurer or adjuster.
Do you accept claims outside London?
