We proudly offer a lifetime warranty on craftsmanship.
If a structural issue ever arises due to the way your jewellery was made, we’ll take care of it.
This covers:
• Manufacturing defects
• Structural craftsmanship flaws
This does not include wear & tear, accidental damage, stone loss from impact, or issues caused
by improper care — but we’ll always guide you on the best solution.
Lifetime Cleaning & Annual Checkups
Bring your CEJ jewellery in anytime for:
• Professional cleaning
• Prong checks
• Stone security inspection
• General condition assessment
We don’t perform polishing or rhodium plating in-house, but we keep your piece looking its best
with regular maintenance and expert care.

CEJ Diamond Upgrade Program
Because styles and circumstances evolve over time, we offer a premium upgrade path:
Receive 100% of your original diamond purchase value toward a larger or higher-quality
stone when upgrading to a diamond that is at least double the original purchase price.
Applies only to:
• IGI or GIA-certified lab or natural diamonds
• Engagement rings purchased from CEJ
• Diamonds in undamaged, original condition

We securely maintain a detailed record of your purchase, including:

• Diamond or gemstone specifications• CADs and design notes

This allows us to replicate, match, repair, or service your piece accurately — even years later.
